Mrs. Griffin holds a BA in Psychology/ English from  Meredith College and a M. ED Counselor Education, North Carolina State University. She also holds her LPC, NCSC, and NBCT. Ms. Griffin has worked in Wake County for over 16 years.
She has had experience in both High School and Elementary Guidance prior to coming to Martin Middle School. Ms. Griffin is a member of the North Carolina School Counselor Association, and a Counselor Mentor Coordinator for the school system.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, traveling, water aerobics, and time spent with her family.
