Mount Everest Reading Incentive Program-Click here for details about the program, and here for the reading list! The program was an unbelievable success-A total of 1,324 items were read by the students at our school! Our classroom winners were: 6th Grade-Mrs. Aqqad's homeroom, 7th Grade-Mrs. Terrell's homeroom, and 8th Grade-almost to the top!-Mrs. Oliver's homeroom!

The Martin Media Center operates on a fully-flexible schedule that allows studentsto visit in any of the following ways:

 

Before school: 7:10- 7:30

During School:
-Individually, with passes from teachers
-With classes, for ccirculation or research.

After School:
-Until 2:30, Mondays
-Until 3:15, Tuesday- Friday

Internet Use:
At Martin Middle School High-speed Internet access is automatically given to all students. To enhance student Internet use, the Media Center Maintains a weblinks page which is available on computers throughout Martin.
